Golfers in North Texas know the problem. The weekday tee sheet fills up, the range closes before the commute ends, and a cold snap or a summer storm wipes out the one free afternoon of the week. Dos Aces Golf, a new members-only indoor golf club in Plano, is opening in Fall 2026 with a simple answer: private practice bays that are open from 5 AM to 11 PM every day of the year, holidays included.

The club sits at 5200 McDermott Road, Suite 110, on the east side of Preston Road at Preston and McDermott in Plano, TX. It was founded by brothers Gary and Stephen Levine, who grew up playing golf with their dad and wanted a place where they could practice for an hour or two whenever their schedules allowed, without paying for extras they would never use.

Practice that fits around the day, not the other way round

Most golfers do not need a full afternoon. They need a reliable hour. Dos Aces is built around that idea. The doors open at 5 AM, early enough for a session before the office, and stay open until 11 PM, late enough for a round after the kids are in bed. Because the club runs every day of the year, holidays included, there is no off-season and no weather delay.

Booking happens online from a phone. Members choose an open bay and a time, with sessions running in 30-minute blocks, so a quick lunchtime hour and a longer weekend session are equally easy to arrange. Before each booking, the club sends a one-time keypad code by text. On arrival, the member enters the code and walks straight into a private bay. There is no front desk, no queue and no tee time scramble.

A private bay, every time

Every bay at Dos Aces is fully enclosed, sound-dampened and climate-controlled. That matters for anyone who has tried to work on a swing change next to a loud group at a busy range. Members can practice alone, bring a friend or play a round with guests, and the space stays quiet and focused either way.

Each indoor golf simulator at the club is a ProTee VX system with access to more than 500 courses from around the world. Shot tracking means golfers can see what every club is actually doing, which turns a casual hour of hitting balls into practice with a purpose. Members can work through a range session, focus on a single club or play a full tournament course without leaving the bay.

Back to the basics of the game

Golfers across Plano and the surrounding area already have plenty of premium simulator clubs to choose from. Many of them come with full bars, locker rooms and concierge service, and cost anywhere from $250 to more than $499 a month, often with initiation fees on top. Dos Aces deliberately goes the other way.

The club is built on four principles. Elevate means better technology, a better space and premium quality where it matters. Focus means no food service, no bar and no friction, because everything else is a distraction from the game. Perform means the range or more than 500 tournament courses, set up for serious practice. Escape means a calm, inviting place to clear the head and work on an evolving swing whenever the day offers an hour.

There is no food or drink service, but members are welcome to bring their own, as long as they treat the space like their own.

Two memberships, no contracts

For golfers looking for indoor golf in Plano without a long commitment, Dos Aces keeps pricing simple. All memberships are month to month, with no contracts, no initiation fees and no surprise charges, and guests are always free. Members can cancel at any time online, with no calls and no penalty.

  • Ace, $99 per month. Includes 30 hours of bay time every month, roughly one free hour for each day of the month, at an effective $3.30 an hour. Extra time costs $10 to $30 per 30-minute block, depending on off-peak or peak hours. Included hours do not roll over.
  • Par, $19 per month. Full facility access with no included bay time. Par members book any open bay online and pay $10 to $30 per 30-minute block, depending on the time of day.

Both tiers include access from 5 AM to 11 PM daily and every one of the club's 500-plus simulator courses. Membership numbers will be limited to keep the experience premium, so the club encourages golfers to claim a spot early.

Founding members and early sign-ups

Ahead of the opening, the first 50 members can take a Founding Membership for a one-time payment of $900. It covers 12 months of the Ace tier, a $1,188 value, at an effective $75 a month for the first year. Founding members also receive lifetime Founding Member perks after year one and free Dos Aces branded apparel from the club's first drop.

Golfers who join the waitlist now can claim their first month for $5. No payment is taken at sign-up. Joining reserves a spot, locks in founding pricing and puts members first through the door when the club opens.

Who the club is for

Dos Aces is aimed at everyday golfers who want consistent, convenient practice close to home, as well as experienced players who want distraction-free reps on pro-grade equipment. Its location near Preston Road and the Sam Rayburn Tollway makes it a short drive from across Plano, Frisco, Allen, McKinney and the wider North Texas area. The club also welcomes conversations about corporate memberships, sponsorships and media inquiries.

Golfers can review both memberships, join the founding waitlist and follow the opening at https://dosacesgolf.com/.
